If you would like to sign up for our newsletter, we have coupons and discounts in your email. Within our system we have a loyalty program that tracks how much you spend and you will receive reward points that can be redeemed within our website.
Do you have a shop where I can see the seeds and purchase there? How do I know these are legitimate seeds?
Yes we do have a brick and mortar location. You can visit our location at 1620 E. Michigan Ave., Jackson, MI 49202. All of our seeds are in original breeder packs.
Is my purchase confidential and private?
Yes, we ship directly to you USPS with a tracking # attached. It will arrive in a bubble mailer with a current list of our genetics. We do not give out your information to any 3rd party. Ever.
How do I order?
You will create a customer account with us and there you will be able to put your seeds in your basket and check out with a secure processing center. If you have any issue with processing, please call us at 517-879-2801. You can also come to our store and buy your seeds there as well.
If you don’t carry the strain I want, can you order it for me?
Contact us through our contact page and in the comment section put what strain and breeder you are looking for. We are always striving to procure more strains and value our customers input. Our team will try to get you that strain, but if we can’t we will surely direct you towards a similar strain we do carry.
How much is the shipping cost?
It is a flat $10 rate. It doesn’t matter if you buy 1 pack of seeds or 50. It is a flat shipping rate.
Can I return a product with a refund?
Yes you can. It is your responsibility to send your unused/ unopened pack of seeds with a tracking number and your name attached to the order back to the store within 7 days of receiving your seeds.
What happens if my seeds come missing or damaged?
Take a picture of your seeds/ packaging and email it to [email protected] so we can see proof of your missing/ damaged seeds. We will then credit your ac-count and will also send you free seeds for marketing purposes only with your next order.
