Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling is $10 for all orders. Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping.

We make every effort to ship orders on the day they are placed. You will receive a tracking number when your order is processed. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update. If you do not see your tracking number, check your spam folder. We utilize USPS ground shipping which generally takes 2-5 days to arrive.

We cannot ship outside the United States.

We ship orders in nondescript bubble mailers that do not mention our name on the packaging for discretion. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during shipping or upon arrival at your home. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address.

You are responsible for ensuring that your address is accurate and complete.

Return Policy

All sales are final. The Seed Cellar does not accept returns or issue refunds. If the order you received was incorrect, please send us an email at info@seedcellar.com or call us at 517-879-2801. We’re in the shop Monday through Friday 10am-6pm EST and Saturdays 10am-4pm.

We do not guarantee germination. We offer a seed germination guide in every order and encourage you to review our blog on germinating seeds prior to attempting germination. We stand behind the quality of the breeders we partner with. If you followed the germination guide and did not get any seeds to germinate, please send us an email to info@seedcellar.com describing the method you used to germinate your seeds and photographs if possible.
